Itinerary
- 1. Arrival & Reporting Requirements
Arrive at the Seoul Sky Ticket Office at least 1 hour before your scheduled tour time.
Participants must report to the 117th floor at least 30 minutes before the Sky Bridge Tour begins.
Complete the required consent forms and collect your safety equipment on the 117th floor, in front of the ticket office.
- 2. Tour Experience & Physical Requirements
Participants will walk from the 121st floor to the Sky Bridge, covering a vertical distance of approximately 50 metres, equivalent to the height of a 20-storey building. Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
This experience may not be suitable for elderly visitors or individuals with heart-related medical conditions.
- 3. Souvenir Photographs
Two souvenir photographs will be provided to each participant after completing the Sky Bridge Tour.

- 4. Access to Observatory Facilities
- For safety and operational reasons, access to the Sky Deck, Sky Terrace and Photo Zone may be modified or restricted without prior notice, depending on visitor numbers and facility conditions.
- 6. Sky Terrace (120th Floor) – Weather Restrictions
- Access to the Sky Terrace may be suspended under the following weather conditions:
Severe weather warnings, including heavy rain, strong winds, yellow dust or fine dust.
Heavy rainfall of 5 mm or more per hour.
An indoor and outdoor temperature difference of 20°C or greater.
- Important Notice: All participants are requested to arrive on time, comply with the safety requirements and follow the instructions of the designated staff to ensure a safe, enjoyable and memorable Sky Bridge experience.

* This ticket is exclusively available to international visitors. A valid passport is mandatory for verification of foreign visitor status.
* Participants must be at least **12 years old**, have a minimum height of **140 cm (4 ft. 7 in.)**, and weigh no more than **120 kg (264 lbs.)**.
* The same eligibility requirements apply to both adults and children.
* Participants under 14 years of age must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
* For safety reasons, the maximum number of participants per time slot is 12.
* Please select your preferred first, second and third time slots when making your reservation.
The confirmed time slot will be communicated through your booking confirmation email.
* Participants must complete the consent form and safety agreement at the ticket office on the 117th floor before commencing the activity.
2. Sky Bridge Tour Experience
Participants will walk from the 121st floor to the Sky Bridge, covering a vertical distance of approximately 50 metres, equivalent to the height of a 20-storey building.

* The activity may not be suitable for elderly visitors or individuals with heart-related medical conditions.
* Participants must strictly follow all instructions provided by the safety staff throughout the experience.
3. Safety Regulations & Restrictions
Participation may be refused, and refunds will not be provided, under the following circumstances:
* Participants are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, including immediately before entering the venue.
* Participants are unable to wear the designated uniform or safety equipment.
* Participants are considered physically or medically unfit by the designated safety staff.
Additionally:
- Joining the activity under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Mobile phones may only be used in designated areas.
- Watches and other personal accessories or items not approved by the safety staff are not permitted on the Sky Bridge.
- Participants must remain within designated areas and follow all safety instructions at all times.
- The facility shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings resulting from failure to follow the prescribed guidelines.
- Any damage caused by a participant's failure to comply with safety instructions will be the participant's responsibility.
- The activity may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. In such circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
